- Develop and implement innovative solutions for clients in the areas of networks, integration, and automation.
- Collaborate with team members to design and execute complex electrical engineering projects.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify potential improvements and advancements in the field.
- Create detailed plans and specifications for electrical systems, including network and automation components.
- Utilize industry best practices and standards to ensure high-quality and efficient project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to team members and clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during project execution.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in technology to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to project timelines and budgets while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and insights for project improvement.
- Mentor and train junior engineers to develop their technical skills and knowledge.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Comply with all safety and regulatory standards.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Professional Engineer (Pe) License Preferred.
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Lead A Team And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Electrical Engineering, Specifically In Networks, Integration, And Automation.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Design And Implementation Of Power Distribution Systems, Including Substation Automation And Control Systems.
