  1. Lead and support water infrastructure projects in the field, utilizing expertise in civil engineering and construction management.
  2. Collaborate with project teams to develop innovative solutions for clients' water construction needs.
  3. Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information and identify potential project challenges.
  4. Design and develop construction plans and specifications for water infrastructure projects.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Civil Engineering: A Candidate For This Position Should Hold A Bachelor's Degree In Civil Engineering Or A Related Field. This Degree Provides A Strong Foundation In Engineering Principles, Which Is Essential For Overseeing Water Construction Projects.

  • Professional Engineering (Pe) License: A Staff Civil Engineer Should Hold A Pe License In The State In Which They Will Be Working. This License Demonstrates A High Level Of Competency And Knowledge In The Field Of Civil Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Water Construction Management: This Position Requires A Candidate With A Strong Background In Water Construction Management. A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In This Field Is Necessary To Effectively Oversee And Manage Projects.

  • Strong Project Management Skills: A Staff Civil Engineer Should Possess Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Plan, Organize, And Manage Resources Effectively. They Should Also Have Experience With Project Scheduling, Budgeting, And Cost Control.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: This Role Involves Working Closely With Other Engineers, Contractors, And Clients, So Strong Communication And Leadership Skills Are Essential.
