- Design building mechanical systems for various projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Collaborate with a team of engineers, architects, and other professionals to develop innovative solutions for clients.
- Utilize industry standards and best practices to ensure high-quality and efficient designs.
- Conduct site visits and gather necessary information to inform design decisions.
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for mechanical systems.
- Perform calculations and analysis to ensure systems meet project requirements.
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in building mechanical design and incorporate new techniques and technologies into projects.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
- Attend meetings and present designs to clients and project stakeholders.
- Follow company and industry safety protocols and standards.
- Mentor and train junior design staff.

- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation.

Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field.
Proficiency In Autocad And Revit Software.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Building Mechanical Design.
Knowledge Of Building Codes And Regulations.
Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Clients And Project Teams.
