  1. Design building mechanical systems for various projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  2. Collaborate with a team of engineers, architects, and other professionals to develop innovative solutions for clients.
  3. Utilize industry standards and best practices to ensure high-quality and efficient designs.
  4. Conduct site visits and gather necessary information to inform design decisions.
  5. Create detailed drawings and specifications for mechanical systems.
  6. Perform calculations and analysis to ensure systems meet project requirements.
  7. Keep up-to-date with advancements in building mechanical design and incorporate new techniques and technologies into projects.
  8. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
  9. Attend meetings and present designs to clients and project stakeholders.
  10. Follow company and industry safety protocols and standards.
  11. Mentor and train junior design staff.
  12. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
  13. Maintain accurate and organized project documentation.
  14. Collaborate with contractors during the construction phase to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Proficiency In Autocad And Revit Software.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Building Mechanical Design.

  • Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Clients And Project Teams.
