  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of solar projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  2. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment for all team members.
  3. Lead a team of project managers, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality, on-time, and within budget solar projects.
  4. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet project goals and objectives.
  5. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and contractors, to ensure project success.
  6. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and proactively address any challenges that may arise.
  7. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to upper management and clients.
  8. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure project designs meet specifications and requirements.
  9. Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
  10. Work closely with procurement teams to source materials and equipment necessary for project execution.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency.
  12. Maintain a thorough understanding of the solar energy industry, including market trends and technological advancements.
  13. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  14. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting our commitment to sustainable energy solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Construction Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Communicate With Clients And Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Solar Project Management, With A Focus On Site Management And Construction.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Solar Projects Simultaneously.

  • Strong Understanding Of Solar Design And Construction Processes, As Well As Industry Standards And Regulations.
