Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Transportation Planning, Civil Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Transportation Planning, Preferably With A Focus On Large-Scale Projects.
Professional Certification, Such As Aicp Or Pe, Is Highly Desired.
Extensive Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Transportation Policies, Regulations, And Funding Mechanisms.
Proven Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team, As Well As The Ability To Collaborate With Clients, Stakeholders, And Other Professionals.
