  1. Lead the design and implementation of complex process systems for federal clients.
  2. Utilize technical expertise to develop innovative solutions for project challenges.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to support decision making and problem solving.
  4. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  5. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  6. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  7. Monitor project progress and identify and address potential issues.
  8. Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
  9. Communicate project updates and progress to clients and stakeholders.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in process engineering.
  11. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
  12. Work collaboratively with other departments and teams to achieve project goals.
  13. Make recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies.
  14. Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  15. Maintain accurate and organized project documentation.
  16. Travel to project sites as needed.
  17. Participate in client meetings and presentations.
  18. Take ownership of project deliverables and ensure they meet all requirements.
  19. Stay compliant with all company policies and procedures.
  20. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Chemical Engineering Or Related Field From An Accredited University.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Process Design And Engineering Within The Federal Sector.

  • Proficiency In Process Simulation Software Such As Aspen Plus Or Hysys.

  • Experience In Managing And Leading Multidisciplinary Teams On Federal Projects.

  • Knowledge Of Federal Regulations And Standards Such As Osha, Epa, And Nfpa.
