- Lead and manage the sediment remediation practice at Burns & McDonnell, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of projects.
- Stay up-to-date with current and emerging sediment remediation practices and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and provide expert guidance to clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Mentor and train team members to enhance their technical skills and contribute to the growth of the practice.
- Collaborate with other practice leads and teams within the company to provide integrated solutions and support cross-disciplinary projects.
- Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of project deliverables.
- Conduct technical reviews and provide recommendations for improvement or optimization of sediment remediation projects.
- Lead and participate in client meetings, presentations, and conferences to promote the practice and share expertise.
- Monitor industry trends and provide strategic guidance to drive the growth and success of the practice.
- Represent Burns & McDonnell as a subject matter expert in sediment remediation at industry conferences, events, and workshops.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Environmental Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Sediment Remediation Projects, Including Management And Implementation.
Extensive Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Sediment Remediation, Including Cercla, Rcra, And Clean Water Act.
Strong Project Management Skills, Including Experience With Budgeting, Scheduling, And Client Communication.
Excellent Leadership And Team Management Skills, With The Ability To Mentor And Train Junior Staff.
