  1. Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives for the Sediment Remediation Practice within the Environmental Services department.
  2. Lead and manage a team of environmental professionals to ensure efficient and effective execution of sediment remediation projects.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis of contaminated sediment sites to identify appropriate remediation methods and strategies.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in sediment remediation technology to continually improve our practices and solutions.
  5. Collaborate with clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permits.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, actively seeking new business opportunities and promoting our sediment remediation services.
  7. Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, ensuring quality and timely completion of sediment remediation projects.
  8. Prepare and review technical reports, proposals, and other project deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  9. Monitor project budgets and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of sediment remediation projects.
  10. Foster a culture of environmental stewardship within the team and promote sustainable practices in all aspects of sediment remediation projects.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Geology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Sediment Remediation Projects, Preferably In A Consulting Or Engineering Firm.

  • Proficiency In Regulatory Compliance And Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Environmental Regulations.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, Including Experience In Leading And Managing Teams, Developing Project Budgets And Schedules, And Ensuring Timely And High-Quality Deliverables.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Clients, Project Stakeholders, And Team Members.
