You will also have the chance to mentor and develop junior staff, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional results for our clients.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, or a related field, along with at least 10 years of experience in sediment remediation.   1. Develop and implement innovative solutions for the management and cleanup of contaminated sediments.
  2. Lead and grow a team of environmental professionals, providing mentorship and development opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional results for clients.
  4. Provide technical expertise and leadership in sediment remediation projects.
  5. Conduct site investigations and evaluations to determine appropriate remediation strategies.
  6. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
  8. Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and technology advancements related to sediment remediation.
  9. Prepare and review technical reports, proposals, and other project deliverables.
  10. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
  11. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including presenting technical information to non-technical audiences.
  12. Foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility within the team.
  13. Participate in business development activities, including identifying and pursuing new project opportunities.
  14. Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and other events.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development within the field of sediment remediation.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Environmental Engineering, Geology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Sediment Remediation Projects, With A Focus On Environmental Consulting And Regulatory Compliance.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Regulations Related To Sediment Remediation, Including Cercla And Rcra.

  • Demonstrated Experience Managing Large-Scale Sediment Remediation Projects, Including Budget And Schedule Management, Client Communication, And Team Coordination.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Technical Information To Clients, Regulatory Agencies, And Project Stakeholders.
