- Develop and implement project plans for right of way projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to ensure successful project delivery.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of environmental compliance for right of way projects.
- Conduct and review environmental studies, impact assessments, and other related reports.
- Recommend and implement strategies to mitigate environmental risks associated with right of way projects.
- Ensure all project activities are in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with land acquisition team to acquire necessary rights of way and easements.
- Monitor project budget and resources to ensure efficient use and allocation.
- Coordinate with local, state, and federal agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Manage and supervise a team of environmental specialists and consultants.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
- Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Foster a culture of environmental stewardship and sustainability within the project team and company.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to right of way and environmental management.
- Represent the company in public meetings and hearings related to right of way projects.
- Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and expertise.
- Collaborate with other project managers and teams to ensure successful project integration and delivery.
- Communicate and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment within the project team.

Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Environmental Permitting And Compliance For Transportation Or Utility Projects.
Demonstrated Experience Managing Large-Scale Right Of Way Projects, Including Coordinating With Multiple Stakeholders And Agencies.
Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Environmental Regulations And Requirements.
Strong Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead A Team And Handle Project Budgets And Schedules.
