- Develop and implement strategic pursuit plans for the transportation sector, aligned with the company's overall growth objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and develop targeted pursuit strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop competitive and innovative solutions for transportation projects.
- Lead the proposal development process, including coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, developing proposal content, and ensuring timely submission.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of pursuit strategies to adapt to changing market conditions.

Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Transportation Project Pursuit And Business Development.
Strong Understanding Of The Transportation Industry And Market Trends.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Pursuit Teams And Winning Large-Scale Transportation Projects.
