  1. Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of various distribution projects.
  2. Ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and schedule.
  3. Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
  4. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
  5. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project team members.
  6. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
  7. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  9. Communicate project updates, progress, and issues to upper management.
  10. Mentor and coach project team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  11. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
  12. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  13. Lead and motivate project team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
  14. Ensure all project deliverables are of high quality and meet client expectations.
  15. Conduct project evaluations and lessons learned to identify areas for improvement.
  16. Monitor project budget and expenses, and make necessary adjustments to stay within budget.
  17. Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in distribution systems.
  18. Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  19. Represent the company in client meetings and presentations.
  20. Meet or exceed project goals and objectives set by upper management.
