We are looking for an experienced professional who is eager to join a fast-paced, high-energy work environment. The Project Controls Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing the project control system and processes, providing project control guidance and support to assigned project teams, and performing project cost estimating and scheduling. To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or other related field and a minimum of 8 years of relevant, progressive project controls experience. Knowledge of project control processes and procedures, scheduling and cost estimating software, and project management principles and practices is essential. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage the project control system and processes.
  2. Provide project control guidance and support to assigned project teams.
  3. Perform project cost estimating and scheduling.
  4. Utilize scheduling and cost estimating software.
  5. Implement project management principles and practices.
  6. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.
  7. Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
  8. Make recommendations to improve project control processes.
  9. Maintain accurate project control records.
  10. Assist in the development of project control policies and procedures.
