Project Controls Specialist

We’re looking for a driven and experienced individual who is passionate about project management and has the qualifications to make an impact.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, accounting, or related discipline. In addition, you should have at least four years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in project controls, including cost estimating, scheduling, and change management. Responsibilities:

1. Develop cost estimates and scheduling plans for projects
2. Monitor project costs and schedules to ensure successful execution and completion
3. Collaborate with project management team to ensure that cost estimates, schedules, and change management plans are accurate and up-to-date
4. Analyze and resolve any cost or schedule issues that arise during the course of a project
5. Prepare and maintain project cost and schedule reports for management review
6. Develop and monitor project budgets and costs
7. Identify and resolve any budget or cost issues that arise during the course of a project
8. Monitor project progress and report any changes or issues to the project team
9. Provide guidance and support to the project management team to ensure successful project completion
10. Assist in developing and implementing project control processes and procedures.
