- Develop and implement insurance and risk management strategies for company projects.
- Manage and maintain relationships with insurance brokers and carriers.
- Analyze and assess potential risks and make recommendations for risk mitigation.
- Monitor and review insurance policies to ensure adequate coverage and compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to identify and mitigate potential risks for each project.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and provide ongoing risk management support to project teams.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to insurance and risk management.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders on insurance and risk-related matters.
- Prepare and present reports on insurance and risk management to senior management.
- Oversee claims management process and handle any insurance-related disputes.
- Develop and maintain risk management training programs for employees.
- Collaborate with legal counsel to review and negotiate insurance contracts.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Continuously evaluate and improve insurance and risk management processes and procedures.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on insurance and risk management for the company.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Risk Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Insurance And Risk Management, Preferably In The Construction Or Engineering Industry.
Certified Insurance Counselor (Cic) Or Certified Risk Manager (Crm) Designation Preferred.
Strong Understanding Of Insurance Policies And Risk Management Principles.
Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
