
Human Resources Business Partner

The successful candidate will provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a variety of topics including employee relations, compliance, and best practices. Additionally, they will provide support in the areas of recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement.The ideal candidate will possess:• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field• At least 5 years of professional Human Resources experience• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skillsIf you are an experienced Human Resources professional who is looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies in alignment with business objectives.
- Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a variety of topics including employee relations, compliance, and best practices.
- Provide support in the areas of recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of information.
- Create and implement procedures and policies related to HR.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues.
- Assist with on boarding and orientation of new employees.
- Promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Utilize analytics to measure and report on key HR metrics.
