The successful candidate will be a problem solver who can leverage their knowledge of HR disciplines to drive business results.The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources in a business partner or related role. It is essential that the candidate has strong knowledge of HR policies, best practices, and current labor laws. The successful candidate should also demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Human Resources Business Partner to join our team and help us reach our goals. Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as a trusted advisor to the organization by providing business-focused and innovative HR solutions.
  2. Leverage knowledge of HR disciplines to drive business results.
  3. Monitor and ensure compliance with current labor laws and HR policies.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  5. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
  6. Provide advice and counsel to management on matters related to employee performance, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  7. Analyze workforce data to identify trends and potential areas of improvement.
  8. Develop and implement strategies to maximize employee engagement and satisfaction.
  9. Facilitate employee relations initiatives such as team building, communication sessions, and recognition programs.
  10. Oversee employee benefit programs and coordinate with benefit vendors.
