  1. Operate a variety of heavy equipment, including bulldozers, excavators, and loaders, in a safe and efficient manner.
  2. Perform daily maintenance checks and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  3. Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
  4. Read and interpret construction plans and specifications to accurately complete assigned tasks.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate equipment usage and ensure project deadlines are met.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
  7. Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance, and repairs.
  8. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  9. Continuously strive to improve skills and knowledge in operating different types of equipment.
  10. Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
  11. Assist with other tasks and duties on the construction site as needed.
  12. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Operating Heavy Equipment, Such As Excavators, Bulldozers, And Loaders.

  • Valid Cdl (Commercial Driver's License) With A Clean Driving Record.

  • Knowledge Of Equipment Maintenance And Repair Procedures.

  • Ability To Read And Interpret Construction Plans And Blueprints.

  • Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Other Members Of The Construction Team.
