  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the Environmental Services Global Practice to ensure growth and success in line with company goals and objectives.
  2. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of environmental professionals to deliver high-quality and innovative solutions for clients worldwide.
  3. Stay informed and up-to-date on global environmental trends, regulations, and policies to guide the practice's direction and offerings.
  4. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the company to identify opportunities for cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  5. Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to promote the practice and drive business development.
  6. Oversee the financial performance of the practice, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental laws and regulations in all projects and activities.
  8. Continuously monitor and assess market trends, competition, and client needs to identify potential opportunities and risks for the practice.
  9. Act as a thought leader and representative of the Environmental Services Global Practice, attending conferences, giving presentations, and participating in industry associations.
  10. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the practice, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Environmental Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Environmental Consulting, Preferably With A Focus On Global Projects.

  • Strong Understanding Of International Environmental Regulations And Compliance Requirements.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Large-Scale Environmental Projects.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Liaise With Clients And Stakeholders From Diverse Backgrounds.
