  1. Lead and manage Department of Energy (DOE) projects, ensuring timely and successful completion within budget.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  3. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project goals are met.
  4. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
  5. Manage project teams, delegating tasks, and providing guidance and support as needed.
  6. Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
  7. Ensure compliance with all DOE regulations and standards.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with DOE clients, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
  9. Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any potential issues.
  10. Conduct project meetings, providing clear direction and expectations to team members.
  11. Develop and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and schedules.
  12. Ensure project deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with client expectations.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert for DOE projects, providing guidance and support to team members.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to DOE projects.
  15. Mentor and train junior project management staff.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Construction Management, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Managing Federal Projects, Preferably With The Department Of Energy (Doe)

  • Strong Project Management Skills, Including Ability To Lead Teams And Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously
