  1. Design and optimize distribution systems for various clients.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of existing distribution systems and propose innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  3. Collaborate with team members and clients to understand project requirements and develop effective distribution plans.
  4. Utilize knowledge and experience in distribution planning to assist with the development of new power systems and renewable energy infrastructure.
  5. Ensure all distribution plans adhere to industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert in distribution planning and provide guidance and support to junior team members.
  7. Communicate project progress and updates to team members and clients in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Continuously monitor and evaluate distribution systems to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  9. Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in distribution planning to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.
  10. Maintain accurate documentation and records of distribution plans and project details.
  11. Proactively identify potential issues or risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to showcase our expertise in distribution planning.
  13. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.
  14. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by actively participating in team meetings, sharing knowledge and ideas, and supporting team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Distribution Planning, Preferably In The Energy Or Utilities Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Distribution Planning Software And Tools, Such As Gis, Scada, And Load Flow Analysis.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Management And Ability To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Clients.
