As the Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and leading a team of business development professionals.   1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the company.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued business.
  3. Lead a team of business development professionals to achieve company goals.
  4. Strategize and develop sales plans to drive growth and revenue for the company.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  7. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our services and build relationships.
  8. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's services and offerings.
  9. Manage and track sales metrics and report on progress to senior management.
  10. Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and potential clients.
  11. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  12. Stay updated on industry developments and trends to identify and capitalize on potential opportunities.
  13. Mentor and train junior business development team members.
  14. Ensure all business development activities are in line with company values and goals.
  15. Collaborate with other departments to create and deliver effective proposals and presentations for potential clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Identifying And Securing New Business Opportunities.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Business Development, Preferably In The Engineering Or Construction Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Networking Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients And Partners.

  • Strong Leadership And Strategic Thinking Abilities, With A Demonstrated Ability To Develop And Implement Effective Business Development Plans And Strategies.
