Cost Estimator

We are looking for a talented and experienced Cost Estimator to join the Burns & McDonnell team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with teams to develop accurate cost estimates for complex projects. This individual will be a critical part of the budgeting and forecasting process and must have a strong attention to detail.The successful applicant will have a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in estimating and cost control. The ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical specifications, and contracts is a must.The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders. Working knowledge of computerized cost estimating systems is also beneficial. 7. Prepare and submit cost estimates to clients.
