BIM Coordinator

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the BIM process for a variety of projects, from initial design to completion. We are looking for a passionate, creative thinker who can help us to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.The ideal candidate for this position should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the BIM field, as well as a bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field. You should also have a solid understanding of BIM software applications and the ability to effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Responsibilities:

1. Manage the BIM process from initial design to completion for a variety of projects
2. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems
3. Familiarity with BIM software applications
4. Effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders
5. Detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
6. Maintain accuracy and quality of drawings and models
7. Ensure that project requirements are met in accordance with company standards
8. Monitor and control information exchange with external parties
9. Analyze and resolve BIM issues
10. Provide technical support to the team and stakeholders
