You should also be comfortable working in a team environment and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain BIM standards and protocols.
- Implement BIM strategies for projects and ensure that BIM requirements are met.
- Manage data exchange between design, engineering, and construction teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all BIM related queries and coordinate with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Train and mentor other team members on the use of BIM software and processes.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients.
- Work with external stakeholders to ensure successful BIM implementation.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support as needed.
- Research and evaluate new technologies to ensure that BIM practices are up-to-date.
