BIM Coordinator

You will provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders, while ensuring that all projects adhere to the most current BIM standards and requirements.The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field, and have a minimum of 3 years of experience working with BIM technology. Expertise in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD is also essential. Additionally, you should have excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, and a strong focus on producing high-quality results. Responsibilities:

1. Leverage Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology to create and manage 3D models and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

3. Manage and update BIM models in order to ensure accuracy and completeness.
4. Utilize Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD software to create, modify, and review BIM models.
5. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
6. Monitor project progress and provide feedback to team members.
7. Make recommendations for process improvements.
8. Ensure projects are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
9. Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
10. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to any encountered problems.
