  • Collaborate with project teams to develop interior design concepts and space plans for aviation and federal projects
  • Conduct research and gather information on client needs, project requirements, and industry trends to inform design decisions
  • Create detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and project stakeholders
  • Assist in selecting materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with project goals and budget constraints
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to ensure seamless integration of interior design and space planning with overall project design
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to gather feedback and make revisions as needed
  • Stay up-to-date on building codes, accessibility standards, and other relevant regulations to ensure compliance in all design work
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet project deadlines and budget requirements
  • Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development in the interior design and space planning industry
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment by actively contributing to team meetings, sharing ideas, and providing support to colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Aviation And Federal Regulations: Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Specific Regulations And Guidelines That Apply To Interior Design And Space Planning In The Aviation And Federal Sectors. This Includes Knowledge Of Safety Protocols, Accessibility Requirements, And Environmental Standards.

  • Experience With Autocad And Other Design Software: Proficiency In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software, Particularly Autocad, Is A Must For This Role. Candidates Should Also Be Familiar With Other Design Software Such As Revit, Sketchup, And 3D Modeling Programs.

  • Space Planning And Design Skills: The Ability To Efficiently Plan And Design Interior Spaces Is A Crucial Qualification For This Role. Candidates Should Have A Strong Eye For Detail, An Understanding Of Spatial Relationships, And The Ability To Create Functional And Aesthetically Pleasing Designs.
