- Collaborate with project teams to develop and execute construction plans according to project specifications and timelines.
- Oversee and monitor construction progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients to provide updates on project status and address any issues that arise.
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling subcontractors, equipment, and materials to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being performed according to plans and specifications.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and change orders.
- Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals for new projects.
- Proactively identify and address potential project risks and develop contingency plans.
- Support the Construction Manager in managing project budgets and tracking expenses.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in construction methods and materials.
- Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in construction management.
- Represent the company in a professional manner and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Attend project meetings and provide input and recommendations to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment and promote teamwork among project team members.
Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Construction Management
Strong Knowledge Of Construction Principles, Methods, And Practices
Proficiency In Project Management Software, Such As Procore Or Primavera
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Interact With Clients And Subcontractors.
