  1. Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement construction plans and schedules.
  2. Monitor and track project progress and ensure that all work is completed according to plans and specifications.
  3. Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors, to provide updates on project status and address any issues.
  4. Assist with the procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects.
  5. Coordinate and oversee the work of contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project requirements and safety regulations.
  6. Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
  7. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  8. Assist with the resolution of any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and laws.
  10. Provide guidance and support to junior team members, including training and mentoring.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve construction processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  12. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  13. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify potential opportunities for improvement.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
  15. Other duties as assigned by the Construction Manager.

Job Qualifications
