- Overseeing and coordinating construction projects from start to finish
- Assisting the Construction Manager in project planning, scheduling, and budget management
- Collaborating with project team members, including contractors, architects, and engineers, to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
- Ensuring compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations
- Managing project documentation and maintaining accurate records
- Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues
- Identifying and resolving project challenges and conflicts in a timely manner
- Communicating project updates and progress to stakeholders and clients
- Mentoring and guiding junior team members to promote their professional growth
- Staying informed of industry trends, best practices, and advancements in construction technology and techniques
- Upholding company values and maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Construction Management, Preferably In The Commercial Or Industrial Sector.
Strong Understanding Of Construction Processes And Techniques, Including Scheduling, Budgeting, And Project Management.
Proven Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Communicate With Project Team Members, Subcontractors, And Clients.
Familiarity With Construction Software And Technology, Such As Procore Or Bluebeam, And Ability To Adapt To New Technology And Processes.
