  1. Collaborate with architects and engineers to design and develop innovative and sustainable projects that positively impact communities.
  2. Utilize strong understanding of architectural principles and practices to create cutting-edge designs.
  3. Contribute creative ideas and solutions to project development discussions.
  4. Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions.
  5. Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
  6. Develop detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.
  7. Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create and modify designs.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in sustainable design practices.
  9. Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations.
  10. Work closely with project managers and other team members to meet project deadlines and budget constraints.
  11. Participate in site visits and meetings with clients and contractors.
  12. Maintain accurate and organized project documentation.
  13. Assist in mentoring and training junior architectural staff.
  14. Represent the company in a professional manner in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Architecture From An Accredited University.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Architectural Design And Construction.

  • Proficiency In Autocad, Revit, And Other Architectural Design Software.

  • Strong Understanding Of Building Codes, Zoning Regulations, And Construction Methods.

  • Excellent Communication, Collaboration, And Project Management Skills.
