
Warehouse Team Lead
We’re looking for a Warehouse Team Lead to join our Burlington Stores team and take our operations to the next level. If you’re a forward-thinking leader with a passion for problem-solving and a commitment to excellence, this is the job for you.In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, supervising a team of warehouse personnel, and ensuring that our day-to-day operations are carried out efficiently and securely. You’ll also be responsible for managing inventory and maintaining accurate records.To be successful in this role, you’ll need a degree in logistics or a related field, or equivalent experience. You should also have at least one year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, as well as excellent organisational and communication skills. You should be able to work independently and take initiative in identifying and solving problems. Lastly, you should possess a strong customer service orientation and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.We’re looking for a self-motivated, results-oriented individual who is eager to make a difference.
