
Warehouse Team Lead
At Burlington Stores, we are looking for an organized and motivated Warehouse Team Lead to join our team and help keep our warehouse operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have previous team lead experience in a warehouse setting and be able to think quickly on their feet. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and has the ability to motivate and lead a team.The Warehouse Team Lead will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner. The individual must be able to work independently and be able to work productively with minimal supervision.We are looking for a candidate who has strong communication and problem-solving skills, is able to prioritize tasks, and is a team player. The ideal candidate will also have excellent attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.The Warehouse Team Lead must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and be comfortable with computer programs including Microsoft Office, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and inventory management software.
