Warehouse Team Lead

We are looking for a highly motivated Warehouse Team Lead to join our team at Burlington Stores! The successful Warehouse Team Lead will have a minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience, be highly detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to think on their feet. Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, and customer service.
2. Lead a team of warehouse personnel, providing guidance, direction, and support.
3. Ensure all warehouse employees are performing to standard and that all safety procedures are followed.
4. Train and develop warehouse staff to ensure maximum efficiency.
5. Monitor and evaluate warehouse processes and recommend improvements.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures.
7. Manage inventory and track supplies to ensure accurate record-keeping.
8. Ensure all deadlines are met and all customer service expectations are exceeded.
9. Respond to customer inquiries and address any warehouse concerns in a timely manner.
10. Troubleshoot any issues that arise and develop solutions in a timely manner.
