You will have a thorough understanding of warehouse operations and a proven record of successfully managing a team. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, sorting, and shipping merchandise.
- Lead, motivate, and direct warehouse team members to ensure efficient and productive operations.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of customer orders.
- Maintain safety standards and follow all safety protocols.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback and guidance as needed.
- Ensure customer orders are accurately and promptly filled.
- Monitor and manage warehouse equipment and supplies to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Create and maintain records of warehouse transactions and activities.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
