Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, sorting, and shipping merchandise.
2. Lead, motivate, and direct warehouse team members to ensure efficient and productive operations.
3. Monitor inventory levels to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of customer orders.
4. Maintain safety standards and follow all safety protocols.
5. Monitor team performance and provide feedback and guidance as needed.
6. Ensure customer orders are accurately and promptly filled.
7. Monitor and manage warehouse equipment and supplies to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
8. Develop and implement processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity.
9. Create and maintain records of warehouse transactions and activities.
10. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
