Warehouse Team Lead

Burlington Stores is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a driven individual who has experience leading a team in a warehouse environment. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and managing the workflow of the warehouse operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a warehouse setting, preferably with some supervisory experience. You must also have excellent communication and organization skills, as well as the ability to lead and motivate a team. Additionally, you must have a working knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and have a solid understanding of warehouse operations. A high school diploma or GED is required for this position.

7. Train and orient new team members on warehouse operations.
8. Troubleshoot any warehouse related issues or conflicts.
9. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries.
10. Coordinate and oversee daily tasks with team members.
