Job Description

At Burlington Stores, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Warehouse Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Warehouse Team Lead, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have a proven track record of managing a warehouse team, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. You must also be highly motivated, have excellent communication skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail.If you have a passion for warehouse operations and are looking for an exciting new challenge, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  2. Oversee and coordinate warehouse staff, delegating tasks and setting deadlines.
  3. Ensure warehouse safety and security protocols are adhered to by all staff.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock tracking and reporting.
  5. Create and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures.
  6. Manage warehouse budget and resources to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  7. Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
  8. Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure that all safety and operational procedures are followed.
  9. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and warehouse efficiency.
  10. Analyze warehouse data to identify areas of improvement.
