- Oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Develop and implement efficient and effective warehouse procedures to ensure smooth and timely operations.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and minimizing loss.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, and promote a safe working environment for all employees.
- Analyze and resolve any operational issues or problems that may arise, using problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
- Communicate and collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and distribution, to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of goods.
- Keep track of warehouse performance metrics and report on key KPIs to senior management.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain a high level of organization and cleanliness within the warehouse, including proper storage and labeling of inventory.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the warehouse operates at optimal levels.
- Handle and resolve any customer or vendor concerns related to warehouse operations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, and promote a positive work culture within the warehouse team.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Warehouse Operations, Preferably In A Retail Or Distribution Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Inventory Management Systems And Procedures.
Excellent Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Efficiency And Optimizing Warehouse Processes To Meet Productivity And Cost Targets.
