  1. Perform regular maintenance and repairs on warehouse equipment such as forklifts, conveyors, and pallet jacks to ensure their safe and efficient operation.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with warehouse equipment and systems, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  3. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks to identify and address potential problems before they impact warehouse operations.
  4. Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities and communicate any issues or concerns to the warehouse manager.
  5. Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for equipment repairs and purchases, ensuring timely and cost-effective service.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including regular cleaning and upkeep of tools and work areas.
  7. Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and equipment and order replacements as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  8. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations when performing maintenance tasks, and report any safety hazards or concerns to the warehouse manager.
  9. Train and mentor new employees on the proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in warehouse technology to suggest improvements and upgrades to current systems.

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge Of Warehouse Equipment: A Warehouse Maintenance Technician At Burlington Stores Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Warehouse Equipment Such As Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, And Conveyor Belts. This Includes The Ability To Troubleshoot And Repair Any Issues That May Arise.
