  1. Manage and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for optimizing vendor performance.
  3. Monitor and analyze vendor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for corrective actions.
  4. Conduct regular audits of vendor processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
  5. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies with vendors, including pricing, invoicing, and delivery.
  6. Develop and maintain vendor scorecards to track performance and communicate results to relevant stakeholders.
  7. Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products from vendors.
  8. Analyze inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained.
  9. Assist in negotiating contracts and terms with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in vendor operations and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  11. Prepare and present reports on vendor performance, cost savings, and other key metrics to management.
  12. Act as a liaison between vendors and internal teams to facilitate communication and address any issues or concerns.
  13. Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline vendor operations and improve efficiency.
  14. Train and mentor team members on vendor operations processes and procedures.
  15. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to vendor operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Vendor Operations, Inventory Management, Or Supply Chain Management.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Data Analysis.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Vendors.

  • Detail-Oriented And Highly Organized, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Tight Deadlines.
