- Conduct proactive and strategic sourcing activities to identify and attract top talent for the organization.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques such as online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment.
- Track and analyze recruitment data to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information and progress in the hiring process.
- Represent the company at job fairs and other recruitment events to promote the organization and attract top talent.
- Continuously work to improve and streamline the talent sourcing process to attract the best candidates in a timely and efficient manner.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements, during the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and seamless onboarding process for new hires.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Talent Sourcing/Recruiting, Preferably In A Retail Or Corporate Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Sourcing Strategies And Techniques, Including Social Media, Job Boards, And Networking.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage And Build Relationships With Candidates And Hiring Managers.
Familiarity With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Software, As Well As Proficiency In Microsoft Office.
