We are looking for someone who is driven, organized, and excited to take on new challenges.The Supply Chain & Distribution Center Operations Intern will work closely with the Supply Chain leadership team to support Burlington Stores’ supply chain operations and ensure the successful, on-time, and cost-effective delivery of merchandise to our stores. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the supply chain field and learn best practices from experienced professionals.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics, or in the process of completing a degree• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Ability to learn quickly and take direction well• Previous experience in the supply chain field is a plus

Responsibilities: • Support the Supply Chain leadership team in day-to-day operations • Monitor inventory levels and order fulfillment • Troubleshoot supply chain issues • Analyze supply chain data and develop strategies to improve performance • Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors • Prepare and present reports to stakeholders • Research industry trends and best practices • Maintain accurate records and documentation • Track and report on supply chain KPIs • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
