- Work closely with the District Manager to achieve company goals and objectives.
Strong Leadership Skills: A Store Manager At Burlington Stores Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Employees.
Retail Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In A Similar Role.
Customer Service Oriented: A Store Manager Should Have A Strong Focus On Providing Excellent Customer Service To Ensure A Positive Shopping Experience For Customers.
