  1. Lead and manage a team of associates to achieve store goals and objectives.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.
  3. Drive sales and profitability by implementing effective sales strategies and tactics.
  4. Create and maintain a positive work environment for all team members.
  5. Uphold company values and ensure that all team members are following company policies and procedures.

  10. Oversee inventory management and ensure that the store is well-stocked at all times.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the brand.
  12. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
  14. Create and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
  15. Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe and secure store environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management: A Store Manager At Burlington Stores Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Managing A Retail Store, Preferably In The Apparel Industry. This Experience Should Include Overseeing Operations, Driving Sales, And Managing A Team Of Employees.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: The Store Manager Will Be Responsible For Leading And Motivating A Team Of Employees, As Well As Communicating With Upper Management And Customers. Therefore, Strong Leadership And Communication Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Knowledge Of Retail Operations And Financial Management: A Store Manager Must Have A Solid Understanding Of Retail Operations, Including Inventory Management, Merchandising, And Customer Service. They Should Also Have Experience With Financial Management, Including Budgeting, Forecasting, And Analyzing Sales Data.
