  1. Lead and manage a team of associates to ensure the overall success of the store.
  2. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and associates.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet store targets.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data and make necessary adjustments to improve store performance.
  5. Train and coach associates on sales techniques, customer service, and company policies.
