  1. Oversee all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and employee performance.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue goals.
  3. Lead and motivate a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make necessary adjustments to improve performance.
  5. Hire, train, and evaluate store employees to ensure a high-performing team.
  6. Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment for employees.
  7. Ensure the store is properly stocked and merchandised to meet customer demand.
