
Store Manager
Burlington Stores is looking for an experienced Store Manager to join our team! We are looking for an individual with a passion for customer service and retail who is driven to succeed. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations while leading, motivating, and developing your team. To be successful in this position, you will need to have excellent organizational and communication skills, a demonstrated track record of achieving results, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Responsibilities: • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of retail associates • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including staffing, customer service, inventory management, and financial management • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and creating an enjoyable shopping experience • Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve results • Analyze sales data and make recommendations to increase sales • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies • Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures • Train and supervise staff on customer service best practices • Ensure store safety and security measures are in place and followed • Manage budgets and ensure effective cost control • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
