
Store Associate - Shortage Control - Part-Time

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory, ensuring that our merchandise stays on the sales floor and out of the hands of shoplifters. - Monitor and maintain the accuracy and integrity of store inventory.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure all merchandise is properly displayed and available for sale.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or irregularities in inventory to management.
- Monitor customer behavior and alert management to any suspicious activity.
- Follow company policies and procedures for loss prevention and shortage control.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and answering any questions or concerns related to merchandise.
- Use problem-solving skills to resolve any issues related to shortage control or inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in order to promote a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while working on the sales floor.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures related to shortage control and inventory management.
- Collaborate with management to come up with strategies for improving inventory accuracy and reducing losses due to theft.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining a focus on shortage control.
- Attend trainings and meetings to stay informed of new policies and procedures related to shortage control and inventory management.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure a cohesive and efficient work environment.

Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Ability To Work Flexible Hours, Including Nights And Weekends.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent.
At Least 1 Year Of Retail Or Customer Service Experience.
