
Store Associate - Shortage Control - Part-Time

- Monitor store premises to identify and prevent potential losses.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with store management and other team members to develop and implement loss prevention strategies.
- Utilize CCTV and other surveillance equipment to identify and investigate suspicious activities.
- Conduct thorough investigations of suspected thefts and report findings to appropriate parties.
- Maintain accurate records of all loss prevention activities, including incident reports and inventory audits.
- Train and educate store associates on loss prevention procedures and best practices.
- Monitor cash handling procedures and assist in identifying and preventing cash handling discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to resolve any potential issues or concerns related to loss prevention.
- Participate in store meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times while representing the company.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed to assist in the resolution of theft cases.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest retail loss prevention trends and techniques.
- Adhere to safety and security protocols to maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and associates.
- Perform other duties as assigned by store management.

Prior Experience In Retail Or Inventory Management Preferred.
