
Store Associate - Shortage Control - Part-Time

- Provide excellent customer service to all customers while on the sales floor.
- Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed at all times.
- Conduct regular and thorough inspections of merchandise and store areas to identify any potential risks or issues.
- Collaborate with other team members to effectively address any security concerns or incidents.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, team members, and management regarding any shortage control issues.
- Utilize surveillance systems and other security equipment to monitor and prevent thefts.
- Accurately document and report any incidents or suspicious behavior to management.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure the safety and security of merchandise.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Continuously stay updated on current shortage control practices and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Demonstrate reliability and punctuality by consistently showing up for scheduled shifts.
- Take initiative and be proactive in identifying and addressing potential security risks.
- Display a strong attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Basic Education Is Typically Required For This Position To Ensure Basic Math And Communication Skills.
Previous Retail Experience: Prior Experience In A Retail Setting, Especially In A Role Involving Inventory Control Or Loss Prevention, Is Preferred.
Strong Attention To Detail: As A Shortage Control Associate, You Will Be Responsible For Identifying And Addressing Potential Areas Of Loss, So Strong Attention To Detail Is Essential.
Ability To Work Independently: This Role Requires The Ability To Work Independently And Make Decisions Quickly, So Candidates Should Be Self-Motivated And Able To Work Without Constant Supervision.
